Our firm is seeking an experienced Facility Support Specialist that will provide support in Riverdale, Maryland. The Facility Support Specialist/General Laborer responsibilities include but are not limited to: 

• Breaking down furniture and removing it from the office building. The furniture will need to be moved out of multiple floors to dumpsters in the loading dock.
• Load, pack, and transport items with care to outside dumpsters
• Responsible for ensuring no damage to walls or property while moving and breaking down furniture.

Requirements:

• This individual must have a valid drivers license and be able to pass a background investigation
• Punctual and professional
• Reliable transportation
• High School qualification or equivalent
• Able to move, lift, and transport up to 50lbs
• Regular and reliable attendance
